Codex Transfer Station M/S for Mac OS X (Datapack) Features
The Codex Transfer Dock M for Mac OS X (Datapack) allows you to not only clone your camera original data from a Codex Datapack but also enables you to transcode to various formats like Avid DNxHD 444 and Apple ProRes. You can also add look-up tables and burn-ins. With the addition of the Codex Disk/Tape Offloader you can make verified archives to LTO tape or external hard drives. In other words, it's an entire dailies and archiving system.
The Codex Transfer Station (S) for Mac OS X (Datapack) enables you to quickly and safely clone your camera original data onto local or network storage.

Codex Transfer Station S for Mac OS X Resources
The Codex Onboard S Recorder can a single channel over 3G-SDI. It can record 4:2:2/4:4:4 10/12 bit uncompressed HD or JPEG 2000 wavelet encoded HD material - plus embedded audio and metadata - onto a removable, solid-state Capture Drive (240 GB or 480GB). There is a dual channel option for recording high-speed material or two channels (either stereo or from two separate cameras). It is weather-resistant and weighs only. The Onboard S is ideal for smaller HD-SDI cameras like the Sony PMW-F3 and the Canon EOS C300.
The Capture Drives are fully compatible with the Codex Transfer Station for Mac OS X and the Codex Vault S, allowing for the QC of material, editing of metadata, creation of deliverables and archiving of original camera data.
